FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fruit cocktail

Mix all together and pour into a greased pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar, coconut or nuts on top and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. cream, canned milk is OK
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
