CHOP SUEY 
1 stalk celery
1 can mushrooms
1/2 bottle chop suey bead molasses
Chop suey soy sauce to taste
2 lg. onions
1 1/2 lb. pork and veal browned

Cover with water and cook about 1 1/2 hours or until celery is done. Thicken with a little flour. Then cook 1 cup rice with hot water for 15 minutes. Chill. Just before using, pour boiling water over it again.
