POTATO CASSEROLE | |
5 or 6 diced, cooked potatoes or 1 pkg. frozen tater tots 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. corn flakes 1 sm. chopped onion 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Butter bottom of baking dish. Spread potatoes and onions evenly. Cover with mixture of soup, sour cream and cheese that has been mixed. Melt the butter and mix corn flakes with it. Top with corn flakes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
