POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns or tater tots
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flakes, or other cereal flakes, crumbled
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients, except butter and cereal flakes, and put in baking dish. Melt butter, and mix flakes with butter; spread on top of potato mixture. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.

If made ahead, bake and then warm when needed.

Serves 15.
