1 c. white sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. crunch peanut butter
8 c. Special K
1 lg. bag (18-20 oz) chocolate chips
1 (11 oz) bag of butterscotch chips

In a large sauce pan bring sugar and syrup to boiling.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter and Special K.

Spread in 10X15 greased pan, using greased spoon or greased fingers to flatten.

Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in microwave. Spread over mixture. Cut while still soft.
