1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup

Bring to rolling boil above 2 ingredients on low heat. Add 1 cup peanut butter. Combine with 6 cups Special K cereal.

FROSTING:

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Melt chips over low heat and spread on bars.
