GARLIC TOAST 
1 loaf French bread
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. garlic powder
Parmesan cheese, grated

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic powder and mix well. Brush on or dip sliced bread (slice 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick). Make sure both sides are covered. Place on baking sheet under broiler until brown. Turn; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Return to broiler until golden. Serve. Can reheat in oven.
