RUSTY PELICAN'S CHEESE AND GARLIC TOAST | |
2 oz. mayonnaise 3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese 4 oz. butter 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 drops hot pepper sauce 1 loaf French sourdough bread, sliced in 1/4 inch slices Mix all except bread, keep at room temperature. Toast bread slices under broiler, turnover and spread mixture generously on untoasted side. Broil again until golden brown. Serve hot and crispy! |
