1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 cup grated onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
1/2 jar strawberry preserves

Grate cheddar cheese and mix with softened cream cheese, onion and seasonings. Roll in toasted pecans. Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.

Place on serving platter with a dish of the strawberry preserves to be served together on party crackers.
