THIN GARLIC CHEESE TOAST 
1 lb. loaf French bread
butter, softened
Garlic salt
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan cheese

Cut bread into 1/2 inch slices. Spread generously with butter; sprinkle with garlic salt. Top each slice with desired cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Makes 10-12 servings.
