FRUIT BASKETS 
2 lg. Shredded Wheat Biscuits
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Fresh fruit
Cinnamon or nutmeg
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted
Vanilla yogurt

Crumble biscuits. Stir in coconut and sugar. Drizzle with butter and toss to coat. Line muffin cups with foil. Press mixture into bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool. Peel foil off. Fill baskets with fruit and top with yogurt. Sprinkle on cinnamon or nutmeg.
