1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar (not powdered sugar)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla - or any flavor of your choice

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Then put mixture in mixing bowl. Beat on highest speed for 10-15 minutes. Use decorating tube to fill cupcakes.
