EASY SPAGHETTI 
8 oz 96% fat-free ground beef
2 c. water
16 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. thin spaghetti
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. spaghetti seasonings

Brown meat. Add all ingredients except spaghetti. Bring to a boil. Add broken up dry spaghetti. Turn on medium heat, stirring all the time. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve at once. This is not good leftover or over-cooked.
