DEB'S CAESAR SALAD 
1 lg. head romaine lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1 egg, boiled 60 seconds
1 can anchovies, crushed
3 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp. virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper (freshly ground) to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Whisk together egg, crushed anchovies (oil too), garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper. Toss with lettuce and add cheese while continuing to toss. Serve immediately on chilled plates.
