1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
No liquid!

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs until light and fluffy. Sift salt, soda and flour. Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla to cream mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
