SAUERKRAUT & PORK 
2 lg., 1" thick boneless butterfly pork chops
1 can sauerkraut
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can water
Salt & pepper

Cut pork into bite size pieces. Salt, pepper and flour and brown in oil. Combine other ingredients in baking dish. Add browned pork and stir. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: Spareribs, country ribs or other pork cuts can be used instead of pork chops.
