FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine, press into bottom and halfway ups sides of 9 inch springform pan. Chill.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipped cream

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and chocolate syrup. Dissolve coffee in water, add and mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
