CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. water chestnuts
10 oz. broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar pimentos
5 oz. corkscrew noodles, cooked
Velveeta cheese slices

Mix all ingredients except broccoli. Put 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 baking pan. Add broccoli. Add layer of cheese slices. Cover with rest of noodle mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more cheese slices after baking for garnish.
