CASSEROLE OF SQUASH 
3 lbs. fresh or 1 qt. frozen squash
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Cracker or bread crumbs

Boil squash until tender. Mash and drain well and add other ingredients. Put in casserole, cover with crumbs and bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
