SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 qt. oysters, chopped coarsely

Combine: 1/2 c. half and half or milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Toss together: 1 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt

Layer in a casserole - crumbs, corn, oysters, crumbs, corn, oysters and crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees 40-50 minutes.
