QUICK BREAKFAST RAISIN BREAD | |
2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. oil 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1 c. raisins 1. Boil raisins until soft in small amount of water; drain. 2. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl; add raisins too. 3. Pour into greased loaf pan. 4. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. 5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with glaze (optional). |
