SOUR CREAM POTATOES | |
1 med. onion Sauteed mushrooms 8 or so potatoes 4 tbsp. butter Parmesan cheese Pint of sour cream Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Cook and drain potatoes. Add all ingredients to potatoes and mash. Add sour cream to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread into a 9 x 11 buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly browned. |
