GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, fried until crisp in lg. fry pan
6 potatoes, cubed & boiled
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 onion, chopped & sauteed in bacon fat
1/2 c. vinegar
Sugar

To bacon fat add vinegar. Add sugar to taste. Cook until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients. Cook together over low heat until heated and flavors blended.
