HOLY BREAD 
4 c. warm water
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. wheat bran
1 tbsp. salt
7 c. white flour
3 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. oatmeal
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. whole wheat flour

In a large bowl mix water, molasses, oil, wheat germ, wheat bran, oatmeal, and yeast. Let stand 15 minutes; then add 3 cups whole wheat flour. Let stand 30 minutes. Stir in salt, then mix in the rest of flour. Knead to make smooth, put in an oiled bowl and cover dough lightly with oil, let raise to double bulk, divide into loaves, put in pans, let double again, then bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until browned.
