HEALTH BREAD 
3 pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and set aside. Mix together:

2 c. hot water
1 c. shortening
1 c. molasses
2 c. All Bran
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. rye or cracked wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. wheat germ

When yeast mixture is cool, add to other mixture. Add enough white flour to handle dough. Knead, let double in bulk. Put into bread pans and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
