GARDEN GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES 
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut (sliced to bite size)
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
1 lg. green pepper, diced to bite size
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Dash of onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place beans in a saucepan with water. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at a good boil until almost tender. Drain the beans then return to pot. Add rest of stuff and simmer 15 minutes until beans are tender. About 5 to 6 servings.
