CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread with crust removed

Break bread in small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix ingredients, shape into cakes. Fry quickly until brown. Serve with saltine crackers and a little dab of mustard.
