CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix ingredients. Shape into cakes. Roll in saltine cracker crumbs. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side. Great!
