RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
9 oz. white cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted butter

Cut uncooked rhubarb into small pieces. Put half rhubarb in shallow baking dish. Add half the sugar, half the Jello and half the cake mix (dry). Repeat a second layer. Pour water and melted butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
