RHUBARB DESSERT 
5 c. fresh rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)

Mix first 3 ingredients and put in 9 x 12 inch pan.

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Cut up butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg. Mix next 4 ingredients.

1 egg, slightly beaten

Add egg and mix (can be a bit lumpy). Place on top of rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle nutmeg and orange rind (if desired) on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
