RHUBARB DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb
1 pkg. red fruit flavored Jello

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix as for pie crust. Add beaten egg and milk. Pat in bottom and sides of 9" greased pan. Place rhubarb in crust. Sprinkle dry gelatin over rhubarb. Over this sprinkle streusel topping, which is made by mixing sugar, flour and butter together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
