1/4 c. butter (softened)
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and scrape sides of bowl. Gradually add the sugar while mixing. Beat until smooth. Yield: about 3 cups.
