RIPE TOMATO SAUCE 
24 ripe tomatoes
4 onions
4 green peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 hot pepper
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. salt (maybe teaspoon)
1 c. vinegar

Chop tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and hot peppers. Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Seal in hot, sterile jars while hot. Makes approximately 4 pints.
