RIPE TOMATO CATSUP 
2 qts. tomatoes
4 onions
2 green peppers
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 c. sugar
Dash of celery seed

Cut up tomatoes, onions and peppers. Combine all ingredients and cook at rolling boil 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal while hot. Yield: 3 quarts.
