RIPE TOMATO CATSUP 
1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
24 med. onions
2 c. green & red hot peppers
3 sweet peppers
3 tbsp. salt
1 quart vinegar
3 pints sugar
4 tbsp. mixed spices in bag

Peel and cut up tomatoes and onions. Grind sweet and hot peppers. Add all ingredients, tie mixed spices in a bag and drop in tomato mixture. Cook to desired thickness and put into jars and seal.
