STAINED GLASS GELATIN 
5 flavors gelatin
1 c. heavy cream or Cool Whip container

Make gelatin according to package directions but use only 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Stir in the boiling water to thoroughly dissolve gelatin before adding the cold water. Place each in a separate round or square pan. Let set overnight or until firm.

To assemble, cut gelatins in 1 inch cubes. Layer cubes in a glass bowl and top with whipped cream or mix the cream with cubes as you layer them. Refrigerate.
