STAIN GLASS WINDOW COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate bits
1 pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Optional (coconut or crushed nuts)

Melt butter and chocolate bits in double boiler or on DEF cycle of microwave. Let cool slightly. Add marshmallows and nuts. Roll in foil and freeze. Makes 3 rolls and use by cutting in 1/4 inch slices.

Option: When rolling in foil nuts or coconut can be placed on outside of rolls for decoration.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
