SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. squash 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 c. Saltine cracker crumbs 1/2 c. sweet milk 1 whole egg, beaten 1 med. onion 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 c. grated cheese Boil squash and onion in sweet milk for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, egg, and butter. Mix well. Add cracker crumbs. Mix. Top with butter and cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
