ANN'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked yellow squash (cooked with small onion)
1 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
Saltine crackers, crushed

Mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
