FLAT THINGS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can refried beans
Picante sauce
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Flour tortillas
Salt
Black pepper

Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Add hamburger and brown. Next add picante sauce and refried beans, salt and pepper to taste. Place a warmed tortilla on plate, spread hamburger mix on tortilla, next sprinkle with cheese. Repeat for as many layers as desired.
