SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes (yams), drained and mashed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together. Pour mixture into buttered 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix together and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
