CRANBERRY JELLY 
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Mix juice and sugar in large saucepan. Heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and immediately stir in pectin. Skim off foam with metal spoon and pour jelly quickly into hot, sterilized glasses. Cover immediately with 1/8 inch hot paraffin. Makes 6 medium glasses.
