CLAM PIE 
3 cans chopped clams (reserve 2 cans liquid)
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese, grated

Drain clams; saute onions and pepper in butter. Add clams and juice from 2 cans. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put in greased 9 inch pan or quiche pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
