CHICKEN SALAD AMBROSIA 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. commercial sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Italian salad dressing mix

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently to mix. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Serve in baked pastry tart shells.
