CHICKEN SALAD AMBROSIA 
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Italian salad dressing mix
6-8 pastry tart shells

Combine chicken, celery, oranges, grapes and pecans. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill 2-3 hours. Serve in pastry tart shells, garnish with grape halves.
