CLAM PIE | |
1-2 cans minced clams, save juice 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 onion 1 sm. green pepper 1 stick butter 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs Ritz crackers 1. In blender put clams and juice, onion, green pepper, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2. In fry pan melt stick of butter. Add all liquid from blender and mix. 3. Add enough bread crumbs to make soft mixture (like meat balls). 4. Spray glass plate and put mixture in, sprinkle with grated cheese, paprika, parsley flakes. 5. Bake until nice and hot. Serve with crackers. |
