MONTAUK CLAM PIE 
1 qt. chowder clams
4 lg. potatoes
4 onions
Pie crust

Chop clams and set aside. Slice the potatoes and onions and cook in salted water until soft. Drain and place in oblong baking dish. Add clams. Sprinkle with pepper, dot with butter and top with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
