FILLETS
 
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 lbs. fish fillets
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. white wine
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oil, 1/2 onion and parsley in baking dish. Place fillets on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 236 calories. 8 servings.
