MICROWAVED FISH FILLETS 
3 red snapper fillets (approx. 12 oz.)
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. white wine
Dash black pepper

1. Place fillets in Pyrex dish. Place 1/3 of the ginger, green onions, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine and pepper on each fillet.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Fish should flake readily when poked with a fork.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
