MICROWAVE CRISPY COATED FISH
4-6 frozen cod classics
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour

Beat egg with water. Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, paprika and pepper on wax paper. Coat fish with flour. Dip into egg mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a microwave safe baking dish. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high for 8 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily, rotating dish once. (Length of cooking time will depend on the number of pieces you are cooking.)

If using a conventional oven, place fillets in a shallow baking pan, and put on upper shelf of preheated 450 degree oven. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
